"I Shot Santa Claus Down" was originally written by Dr. Nuke, a good friend of Tinnitis. He would perform the song to his friends to a Casio or Yamaha keyboard with auto-accompaniment. Sadly, he never recorded this song and forgot the music and lyrics. So when MC Tourettes asked Dr. Nuke if they could re-imagine the song, he game his blessing, and said, "do with it whatever you want." Although these aren't the original melody or lyrics, both are n the spirit of the original to the best of Tinnitis' recollection.

"I Shot Santa Claus Down" is the first Tinnitis Track recorded on a Yamaha AW-16G Sixteen Track recorder. It was recorded in MC Tourettes' dining room in late 2005.
